★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here for blood test and the way things were handled by Ms. Alfi was excellent. Drawing blood from a kid is difficult but she convinced my 8 yr old son to draw the sample with ease. Before taking it, he was nervous and once done he said I'm ready for another. Keep up the good work and thanks a lot for answering follow-ups on reports.
