★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my unbiased feedback with the lab medical services provided by Aster.
I had scheduled for a FBS,PPBS,HBA1C and few other kidney profile for my senior parents. I would like to rate the service on the below parameters.
a. Appointment Scheduling (5/5) : Lancy was in charge of co-ordinating with me and the phlebotomist on the right tests and giving me a quote online. I really appreciate his quick and prompt response in finding me an appointment for 7.30 Am the next day.
b.Punctuality (5/5) : Both my parents being senior citizens and diabetic, they are very particular about their morning breakfast timings and I really appreciate the Phlebotomist who was sharp present at 7.30 AM for fasting sample collection and also 10.15 AM sharp for the Post Prandial sample collection.
c.Pricing (4/5) : The only price constraint I felt was the collection charge of 200 per person and even though having two samples from the same house levied a sample collection of 400 in total. This could be more economical I felt.
d.Reports (5/5) : The reports were easily sent via text messages with approximate links to download them which is hassle free and effective.
The overall experience was great and would definitely recommend Aster labs for their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely professional and polite centre manager Mr.Lancy who ensured sample collection at a very short notice. The staff who arrived for sample collection was assuring and patient. The reports, bills arrived in time! Overall, very good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very organized, clean and timely. I needed the RTPCR done for a travel. Booked a home collection appointment, they were on time, maintained all covid appropriate behaviour protocols and very organized. I got the report ahead of the committed time. Very professional and 100 percent safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are very good at what they do. The collection agent also was very aware of the current situation and was double masked, gloved and very good at his job. We were allowed to track our samples and the reports were delivered well within stipulated time and the reports were accurate and precise too. Highly recommended for their services.
