★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter Staff behavior is absolutely worst. However one star for who has done the tests. Otherwise zero. No other option for us. The charges are higher than any other centre at the same time service is worst. I request to Management to go around all other centers and compare the prices and specially service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the radiologist is does not know anything.. he misdiagnosed our baby's abdomen scan.. which led to lot of tension and we had to undergo surgery. he is not fit for this profession. actually its zero star.. but it wont post without a star.

I visited there to get checked for gall stones and it was misdiagnosed as no gallstones. Radiologist is he qvery misdiagnosismuch rude. After misdiagnosis he questions us if you knew that u have gallstones why don't you inform we are not god. We are just writing with reference to shadow. If you would have told me I would have inspected in detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst response of staff. I called to fix appointment and check how to go about the test. The staff responded in such a worst way. and when I asked her why she getting irritated to answer, she was very rude to reply and also said I need not even have to go there if I have problem.... Such arrogant and uncultured person should not be in this kind of service field... As she said she is the person in the morning today .... If someone is interested please talk to her and counsel her about the issue if she has any.

Cons.
1. You have wait for ur turn for 2-3 hours.No appointment, no reservations
2. Equipment was quite old. Due to which the scan was not clear on bottom left.
3. No sanitizer. The doctor asks irrelevant questions sometime.
Pros
1. No rtpcr test so no covid patients.

I would like to specially thank to Dr. Mythreesh sir.He did a perfect ultrasound scan with perfect results. Again another special thanks to the receptionist.
