WATER ISSUE: Hardly 3 hours of water supply in a day for usage.
ELEVATOR:THE elevator stops working anytime of the day , this happens atleast thrice a week.
Worst ever place to invest your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prominent location in Kondhwa, though surrounded by local gunthewati plots and conjusted roads, once in society, ample of space, individual parking lot, solar hot water supply, 24/7 drinking and Sanitization warer, children play area, ganesh mandir, backup supply for lifts and common area, gas pipeline, daily cleaning of all common area, overall we maintained society and planned according to PMC approvals
