Worst IT Company Located in Faridabad. Working with this company as a post of BDM. I didn't get salary. Owner said signed on Bond paper then we will release your salary. Working Environment : 0/5 Employee Facility: 0/5 Salary issue: 100% No of Employee: 3 Owner Behavior : Worst So finally , before join this company , think around times about your life.

Worst Experience - Please Don't join this Unregistered Company 1 - Offer letter without mentioning salary being offered and will mention your profile will be on trial basis 2- Salary you will get in Hand, not in bank accounts 3- No Epf and Esi 4- Working Hours 9 AM to 7 PM exact , if you will late for next 10 minutes after 9 AM means 9:10 AM half day will be counted and salary will be deducted accordingly 5- Lot of paper work , wastage of paper 6- If you are late in office in morning time than you need to submit application with reason of being late 7- If you are Absent due to sickness and some valid reason, you informed concern department instead of that you will not be allowed without permission and submitting hand written leave application mentioning valid reason and they will not allow you to enter your concern department for next few hours, you need to wait . 8- If you are looking to schedule interview in this company please be FREE for whole day because this company spoils whole day in interview with lot of paper work and at last they will ask you to fill at least 2 Years bond. 9- This company uses all unlicensed software , free or on trial basis due to which designer and developer will have to suffer 10- Worst Management and Hr Department 11- Company not provides single proof of Salary being provided and being offered 12- Be aware of Company HR Khushboo, if you joins this company since she will take your signature over blank paper and later on that blank paper will be converted to 2 or more than 2 years bond signed by you. 13- Worst Business Development Department whose manager is Yogesh who is IDIOT, don't know any thing about Business Development process, having very poor English writing, speaking skills, worst manager. 14- Company working days - 7 days/Week including Sunday, company having 6 days working 10 Hours/day instead of that Deepak Ahuja (Owner) calls employees in sunday treats professionals as factory workers. 15- Mr. Deepak always put eyes through cameras on computer screens of all employees , always watch even single activity whole day. 16- No Planned leaves, No Sick leaves nothing this company only provides Govt. Holiday and sometimes not it depends on Mr. Ahuja 17- Here Employees always treated as factory workers, no management at all 18- Company's profile on business portals like upwork, elance and guru is in worst condition, no business coming from there, clients given them very bad reviews due to failure of completion of the project, not delivered project on time. 19- This company has not given salary of many employees 20- Company strength is only 5 to 6 employees 21- This company mentally harass employees works there
