There report shows me I'm positive same day I tested to other places that report shows me I'm negative!!!.
Worst place to test covid19...if anyone tested here I suggest please retest somewhere else!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. They don't answer your queries. They even don't give the receipt of the test. They don't even follow the timeline. The person Mr Azharuddin who came to collect the report was very rude. When I asked for the receipt, he said that you will get it in your mail. But even after 48 hours I don't have the report as well as the receipt and I don't have any proof that I got the test done from their lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disgusting eperience, my COVID tehest has been collected on 24 April, now its 27April, still no sign of the report, these labs should be closed by the delhi goverment, as they don't even respond, they are doing more and more test without having the capacity to deliver the reports on the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for travel oriented COVID-19 test. Avoid!
When test results are critical, specially if a flight or urgent reports are critical for the betterment of a patient, or a traveller, this is not the place to go to. After 48 hours of waiting, you still get mechanical like message from the call centre executives who keep telling you your health report is on priority. If 24 hours later, you are still on priority, you know what 'priority' means.
I went to Shri Agrasen International Hospital instead, and 'normal' turned up to be 6 hours, when sample was taken at 9:30 AM. My colleague who used Apollo also got his reports within 18 hours. I must have made over 30 calls, following up. Was put on hold for over an hour in total, as new agents kept taking calls and 'prioritizing'. I was forced to postpone my flight.
Poor, poor, poor service. I would give negative stars, I wish Google came up with a reviewing methodology where you can really represent how frustrating some experiences can be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideal Path lab, Well equipped, Good quality reporting with online report availability+home sample collection. Though, not every person answering an inquiry call gives uniform information causing little inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got rt PCR test done on 27 and our report did not come. When he himself went to take the report, he said that your sample has been lost from us, now tell me whose fault it is? If we do not go for the report, we do not even know that our covid 19 test sample has been lost. However, he assured that now his team will come home and take samples, but even after giving the time of 3 o'clock, they did not come till 4 o'clock. This is their service. Just taking money.
