★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Asus service center is quite good than "Asus authorised service center,HDFC building"... I will suggest you that come here, because this service center's counter staff (a didi) have well mannered, and good personality.. Every service center must have a staff like her.. ?
*cleaned & sanitized center, zero gathering*
I haven't any complaint about that branch?
I would like to mention some negative point about asus service policy
1. They have only 2 service center in kolkata(both are chadni chowk) ?, that is too far from my home.
2. If your device is out of warranty, then need to pay lots of money for your device parts. Actually problem is they never repair parts they only replace which is became most costly for customers.
NB: above point are good for under warranty periods but not for over warranty... ?
3. If they are provide onspot device's problem check, that will be more pleasant for customers... [They always kept your phone, that maybe cause for COVID-19]
4. If you want to come Service center don't forget backup your data[PIC, SONG, VIDEO, DOCUMENTS]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. They treated well with the customer. Because of the odd position of this service center, there are not many customers. I came here for my laptop which I got next day but whatever the problem is they will surely replaced your hard drive whether it was faulty or not. So be sure that you backed up your data to an external hard drive weekly or twice a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asus F1 Info Solution is located just opposite direction of hind cinema Bank of Baroda building ground floor.This is the worst place I ever visited in my life such a bad place. The lady seated in reception have no manners to behave with customer. She asked for Rs.500 of my in warranty phone and she denied to take the without money.
