★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time and money here. They have different warranty policies. They charge you even if you have warranty on product. They keep you waiting for 3-4 days to receive your product.

No board like realme service center or anything outside the building. The location is perfect as shown in Google Maps. So once you get there ask a security guard on the ground floor. The name of the office is V1 TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS.
This place is very irritating if u are running short of time.
Your problem will be solved nonetheless but you will have to wait there for atleast 3 hrs.
Once you enter tell them your problem there will be 2 girls speaking very politely and sweetly and calling your name in queue.
Do the checking of the product in 30 mins.
Then ask you to wait after that take your personal details nd ask you to wait for an hour.
But this will extend to 2 hrs easily and when you ask them frustratingly they will give a sweet smile and tell you too wait a bit longer. And then bring your product.
Next day they will call you multiple times and FORCE you to rate their service 5?.

Still ambience is good and they talk in a very humble tone.

I have data cable problem and my problem was been resolved within 30 minutes and they gave me a brand new data cable against my damaged data cable. And thanks to CCO SUNANDITA DAS for checking my problem and resolve that problem very fast. Thanks to team realme..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time is too long average waiting time to attend your problem is 1 hour and later taking 2 to 4 hours to diagnose and solve your problem. Simply dont go if ur time is precious and dont buy realme again so that you wont require d to visit..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to see the service center area is way too small to serve their customers and the staffs are not adequate to please or satisfy anyone their working hours are till 6pm and if you reach there around 5:30 they gonna say directly to come tomorrow. But i decided and asked them to give email address of realme and they decided to provide me the sevice for that day. If anyone is buying any brands products it's their responsibility to fullfill it.Realme must put an eye into this staffs.
