Might edit review later, i have given them my phone for screen replacement since last Saturday and it's still not repaired yet, when called they're saying the screen isn't available yet, a global brand service centre cannot arrange a screen in 6 days how can we rely on their phones in future?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center was the nearest one to my home and I have visited here twice with 2 problems and the knowledge and services of people here is horrible. I don't like to criticise about anyone's work, but I would just advise and recommend to avoid this service centre if you can.
Speaking from personal experience, a better, infact a terrific service centre for MSI laptops would be "F1 Info Solutions & Services PVT LTD" in Dadar.
I hope I never have to visit this service centre again and even if the need arises, I hope there will always be great alternatives like "F1 Info Solutions & Services PVT LTD" in Dadar which has definitely become my first choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my boat Headphones were not working, so i went there at Techmate Solutions, its a multi brand service centre means it's a service center for more than 1 brand, so i handed over my headphones to the lady she examined it and gave me 3 different options to choose from other models of boat headphones as the same model they were not able to provide for replacement( and im so excited to have my hands on those new boat Airdopes), asked me to fill a contact information form and to send a pdf of the invoice on their email and they told ki within a week the replacement product will be delivered to my home free of cost, the process was little lazy and time consuming but eventually you get your work done, and free parking space is also there for two wheelers so u dont need to worry about your vehicle getting toed away hehehehe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life as the staff doesn’t care about their customers at all. If your laptop is dying, let it die or go somewhere else. Please don’t come here as they’ll make sure to torture you while just trying to make money of you. Worst part is the guy behind the desk just hung up the phone on me while i was talking and didn’t receive my calls as i was desperate for any update on my laptop. Doesn’t even ask before changing or removing any parts and couldn’t even explain what problem my laptop had. Just removed the battery and gave me a bill. Also while paying they just started blabbering random rates for the service too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited twice. One for Storage upgrade and once for display issues. Took 6days for the repair and when I called on the 7th day they tell me it was already done! No calls no intimation nothing.
Repair was fine but laptop is having thermal issues in just 3 days. Going to pay one more and hopefully last visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the Boat Airdopes service related issue. They have proper process set for product in warranty. As they did not had the product in stock for replacement, they ask a form to fill and said product will be delivered on the address. However, they do send product to Boat warehouse somewhere else and quick service is what missing over here. But overall satisfactory service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Very uncooperative executives to interact with. They don't take orders on phone or online. We have to visit the centre and place an order for any replacement of accessories and parts. They don't give genuinely new products. They give repaired and old stock and the accessory or anything won't last for 5 days and stop working. I ask for help they sold me each and every accessories yet my issue not resolved. After buying all the stuff executive on desk who checks the device says that phone has problem you have to replace the part.
I will tell you guys don't go this service center.
