★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Asus laptop from this store in Feb 2021 and on the very first day the laptop stopped working once I reached home. When I called to return it, they asked to bring the laptop next day and told me its an issue with the extended RAM, they replaced the extended Ram and asked me to use it for 15 days to see if the issue still persist.
The issue was still there and I didn't get the time to get back to them within 15 days and then lockdown happened. After a while once I called them with my issue, they asked me to go to the Asus service center, as their responsibility ends once you get out of the store.
Till date, I regret to buy this laptop from them as I still have the same issue with the product, would strongly recommend to stay away from these conman.
Also, there is an adjacent Lenovo store, owner for the store is same, they do the billing for both the stores at one place, avoid them if you don't wish to be conned.
