They literally do not care about their users and their customer service is like one of the worst and pathetic if you register a compalaint then sit back and expect them to atleast take a week to respond to your compalint. Please do not go with this provider

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ISP . See i have been through a lot with other ISP's as well but when your internet doesn't works for a month and you have been lodging a complain everyday with no answers to it and after a month you catch hold of the phone number of the manger and his statement is
" this is how our internet works, we are pathetic and we will do nothing about it"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. No disconnects. Broadband technician replies very quickly if service interruption occurs. But the only drawback is that the broadband package cost is little higher than competitors like denboomband,excitel,tikona etc. I am paying Rs 700 for a 10GB (2-4mbps) & after 10Gb speed drop downs to 512kbps unlimited.

Dishonest staff and forget about getting a refund of the deposit paid upfront (INR 2000).
Never going back and would strongly recommend to choose another internet provider if you want to save yourself the stress and mental harassment.

But problem is they are a bit expensive as compared to spectranet. I don't know the service quality of spectranet yet. I am astounded by the service quality spacenet people provide. #amazing #constant speed

To renew internet package, you just need to dial a number and it will be renewed within 2 minutes. You can also log into their portal site to check your usage session details. Within few days of renewal, they will automatically come to you for cash payment.
