★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am using it from last 5 month very bad services maximum time network will be down. if you face any mac address filter issue in the evening then wait till morning 10 when office will open which is rediculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we are from starnet. Its good that people write reviews about our services but all are not true. Mr. Bruno is never a customer of StarNet. Mr. Kumar Sonu was angry with us with regard to payment issue and he prefer to post review about the service. Mr. Dhirendra Tiwary has changed the devices and he faces the Mac problem and it was resolved when he contacted the support. we have a big customer base and its the fact you cannot satisfy everyone but its our strenght that we always go for good service to our customer all the time that too at a great price.

Pl. note , your service is really very bad and all plans are very costly.
Customer satisfaction is must, for your growth.
Why not you update your old customer through message , if any new plan launched. ???
Don't ignore customer satisfaction , There is too much Competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Poor Service Provider. I am using starnet Internet service last 6 month. When I was started using this, Starnet provide me good Service & Awesome Speed according to my Plan 1 Mbps. But Last 2 month I am totally Upset with his service. Now Starnet Provide me very disgusting Service. Maximum time server Down, Speed below 512 kbps. They will Never pick your call. All Contact number will Switch off /Not Reachable after 7 PM. I Personally Recommend Please Not take his service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience, I have submitted 1500 INR as security amount for fiber box, now when I have disconnected the services and the device is collected by their technician, they are making excuses for refund.
Their technician never comes with receipt and now they are saying without receipt they cannot refund .
Will NEVER recommend this service to anyone.
Wish I could give negative stars.
Not replying to my text now as well....
Worse service is also a good word for this business.
