★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even 1 star i want to give to such horrible experience.. wasted my 45 minutes...done payment transfer of an agreed amount after the final discussion... and then what I get to hear...the price for your laptop is increased just because the owner of this store wanted to increase price ..Highly unethical...and pathetic service... @hpindia pl do take care in whosoever you give license to...they take down your brand name too..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to add ram in my laptop first of all they charge me 2000rs for 4gb ddr3 ram and it was available online at 1500rs somehow I agreed on price because I had urgent need. They gave ram to technician for add in the laptop then I noticed that ram brand was samsung and It was packed in crusial ram packet and something was written on ram through permanent marker I realised that ram is not genuine and I asked technician that ram is fake but he denied than they fit that ram in laptop and laptop didn't started.. I asked shop owner that refund my money than they told me that may be possible ram was not supported by your laptop but ram was same as pre fitted ram of my laptop and when I asked to refund they agreed to give another seal packed ram and also they gave me warranty for 1 year only but generally ram comes with 3 year warranty... So guys be aware from such scam if you are buying laptop than first get the market value of product from online store and local shops than go to this shop so that they can't make you fool...
