★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option for zero star otherwise i wouldn't even give 1 star. They kept my laptop for 1 week and at last no solution. They keep on saying things but no actual diagnosis is being done. Worst ever i have visited.

Staff Is Not Answering After Asking So Many Times.
They Are Busy In Their Work. Not Asking Another accustomed What Is Our Issue.
Here I Waited For Half An Hour For My Laptop Repairing, But No One Is Asking About My Issue.
They Are Just Rushing To Close The Door So That No New Customer Can Come.
Very Poor Service.

Good response by staff members.
Staff members are polite and having really helpful nature.
It is not only asus service Center it has many other brands also to serve people.
I want there for replace my faulty seagate HDD and got really good respond from them and having fast service today i have received massage for dispatched my hdd. And i will get it by 2-3 days
Really good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner who has no knowledge of new technology is sitting in front row to solve your problems and also rude to customer gives no solution but rudeness...@asus should really concern about this service center no facilities available still doing business of technology ... Guiding customer wrong way to solve problems and gives answer in very not interested speech.. thank you for showing your bad behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service.It is like they require 7 to 8 days to change a simple part which is easily repaired/changed in 1/2hr. Asus do not have its own service centers and hire third party which cause poor service after sales. Its is around 150km from my place and too not the original service center. Its always better to see after sale service before buy any products. I will definitely learnt by my mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently submitted my laptop to them but they didn’t gave me any receipt for that. Then they said we will call you in 2 days but we need to call them 2-3 times to get updates of the our device. They don’t have manners to talk with customers and don’t take any responsibility of customers devices. I have very bad experience and suggest not to go this service center.
I filed a complaint to Asus management. As they are talking with customers in loud voice
