★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service in my life...there are some cheaters in that shoppe... I got a service appointment on 19 sep but that day my name is missing in the list ... Customer care told me to adjust the time to service my car ... So many times later one of the technician come with me and test my vehicle i20... it's a 2012 model we are telling the complaints about the veh.. the tech check the vehicle and go inside... some more time taken we request for complete the check up for the veh... Some more delay in there they are not responded..then we shouted to the reception girl and another person coming and checking our car we told about the problems of the veh..he is noted that in his paper..they are telling to me the vehicle was returning in the evening time..we are returning our house. Around 2hours later the technician called me Ac of my veh didn't work properly...there are some expensive in the repairs for Ac . Then I told the technician what is the amount for Ac ? He whatsapp me the list for 55000+ labour!!! That's a horrible things only ac repair they demanded 55000+labour....in these times we are buying ac for our house what is the cost ??? ?Then I refused for the repair of ac. In evening time we reached the service sation the person gets me the bill around 1770.. we are paying the bill and take my car . We checked my car there are no repairs can done with the vehicle. We can told the technician and he tells me only checking of the ac can be done there we are totally upset with there response..my friend was shouted for there irresponsible behaviour.. but no use.... So please never go this type of service center.. it's my bloody mistake...beggers

Service advisors are for misguide the customer to make financial loss...no practical knowledge....
Staff behavior not good....
No proper cleaning of vehicle...
Service workshop having very small and limited facility with limited tools..
If you want a good service avoid this and go to other workshop.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hyundai Sapphire Dwarka is far by the best Hyundai Authorized Service Center I have been to. Service Advisor Gurtej who was assigned for my car is technically very sound. He politely explained all aspects of the service - parts and labor and gave reasonable estimate of the service charges.
Car was ready before committed time and job was done with full satisfaction. Other impressive aspect was that car was thoroughly cleaned inside out and there was just optimum polish on interior plastics. I have experience in other service centers that they overdo dashboard.
Overall fully satisfied and would definitely revisit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea about how good or bad they give you service but surely a basic periodic service is on very pricey side they gave me a estimate of 13k just for a basic service man
Who takes 13k that too for I10
The guy got upset when I said I'm not gonna go for 13k service. His behavior was rude suddenly.
Hyundai service is not at all cheap.
