★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from Aswadan home made food delivery and catering services for the first time yesterday..the food was great, freshly cooked,very tasty and well presented. I tried their egg pulao and chicken bharta.The rice they served was absolutely amazing..fine and perfectly boiled..the mixture of spices,ghee,salt ,onion and sugar was perfect..the egg was fried just as it was needed..now coming to the chicken..the pieces were boneless, juicy and succulent..the preparation completely complemented with the egg pulao..so i would definitely recommend these two dishes... overall i had a very good experience with Aswadan..the owners of this delivery joint were very polite and courteous..they are new in the business but definitely going to give others a run for their money..

Contacted a week back to provide the menu card, no response in the whole week from the owner, again contacted a week later to provide the menu card on whatsapp. No response inspite of assurance from the owner to share it. Unprofessional and unreliable service. Wouldn't recommend!!.
Need your phone number. Need home made food service from Sunday (20-09-2020) in Dhakuria. The requirement is urgent.

Firstly , I want to thank you for your service for providing food for us which definably at par with our initial expectations with respect to food taste & food quality. Am sure you will keep up the good work and would rate you high in your service
Since , I believe there is always a scope of improvement in a service industry/company , therefore continuous feedback and improvement plans will help you sustain and survive in this business in a longer term.
1.While a increased price has been accepted with the renewal by us this month considering the fact that the commodity/fish/meat/vegetable prices – however you will appreciate that the prices are not always constant e.g vegetable prices also goes down in seasons.
Therefore , one of the feedback would be is to try putting a dynamic pricing for any month – which will help keep the ship sailing well and also keep the customers happy
2.Change of Fish mixes – We are hard core fish eaters and we do prefer a variety of fish mixes and not just only limit the fish menu to Rohu/Pabda.You know Kolkata is a heaven for fish markets and you are privileged to have choice of fishes when you go to a market. Not necessary all fishes are expensive – so even small sized fishes are cheap buys but tasty and it brings variety in the menu.
So bring these small but specific changes and am sure your customers will recognize this and your service will standing tall among all your competitors
3.Lastly – do start delivering dinner during the dinner time in the evening.Not sure if this is one of your cost saving strategy , but however a fresh cooked and warm food served makes a lot of difference.This generally doesn’t work well when you serve lunch and dinner during the day time.
Nevertheless – thank you for your service and keep up the good work.And always remember – there is always a scope to improve and drive excellence with quality and taste.

1) Homely food preparation that strikes the right balance between healthy and tasty.
For patients special care is taken for preparing meals that's ideal for their consumption.
2) Great variety in meal plan. The lunch and dinner menu are never same that makes you want to gladly look forward to what's next they are serving.
3) Management often asks for feedback and suggestions and actually makes sincere efforts to go that extra mile for customer satisfaction.
4) Meals are largely satisfactory both in quality and quantity.
5) Delivery staffs are polite and delivers meal right at the door of your floor. Sometimes owing to unavoidable circumstances if they are running late management texts you about the status.
Overall we find Aswadan reliable and worthy of recommendation.
