★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi folks, I took my 450X once Ather space launched in our Vizag. The delivery experience was great, thanks to sales rep, Mr.Venkatesh. As you guys know, Ather 450X is a joy to ride. Today I went for service and the experience was greater than expected. Mr. Ganesh, service manager patiently listened all problems and delivered the bike in evening in mint condition, it was really a great experience. Thanks to Ather Vizag.

They had high patience answered every single question I asked ,I'm very impressed with that,and the bike is God dam gorgious in looks and performance too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was an issue with registration etc, though there were some initial hiccups, it was resolved very nice by the MD. Staff are enthusiastic but need to ensure that they give out true picture including possible issues that may arise and timelines too. They need to be open about the schemes etc rather than giving out old information..
Went again today for updating the software. The staff are very friendly
