Worst servicing. Found no change after servicing and condition goes more low. Thanks to "Hero corp" for giving worst experience in authorised servicing center. Thought "Hero servicing centers" are all same where ever we go. Thanks to "sree Siva Sankar" breaking my belief...???
Arrogant behavior, impolite, carelessness, irresponsible, irrespective, impatience, illogical answers, recklessness, violent handling vehicles. Make scratches on the vehicles. Demands for rating, fake promises and won’t complete the job before giving to customers.
Servicing manager Mr.” Venkat cherukuri” won’t accept their own mistakes. He covers it. He put blame back on us.He behaves very rude with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center in visakhapatnam especially dondaparthy branch.They don't no how to behave with the customers and their way of talking so rude.Please don't visit this branch for servicing.My bike got repaired in 5 days of purchasing and if I ask this people about the issue they talk very irresponsibly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service but missed lot of services during service period. Surpricingly they have returned my bike wihout proper waterwash but they have added water wash charge on my bill. And parts are shaking after service(handle, front and rear wheels).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service center I saw, they will compromise the customer with their word. I have pleasure plus bike with 8months old, went there for vibrabrating handle fibre part whilr6e giving escalation in the starting time to move the bike. For this they charged 545/- and changed the handle bar still the problem is same. Again I went there and said the problem is not solved, simply they are saying give your contact number, we will call you once the company engineer will come. If they don't have proper mechanics at their service why should they maintaining this center. The out side mechanic shop mechanics are better than this service center. They are not clearing the problems what the bike has, they simply compromising customers with some technical word. Use less service center.
