Very happy with the service and timely follow up From staff on the required details.
A Special Mention to vineetha who coordinated with me and delivered my bike to Srikakulam on time. And from there taken care by Mr. Praveen so well. Hopefully this will continue till I receive the number plate ?
Overall, very clear and friendly communication.
Much easy process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was mediocre. The salesmen were not at all enthusiastic or helpfull while choosing the bikes. Everything related to the bikes had to be asked by the customer and the salesmen then would either half answer it or would take some to know about it. There were no bikes for test ride and even if you wanted to turn on the display models they were a bit hesitant and u only get to see a different model. Service needs to be improved and they need to be more friendly and forthcoming with their customers.

I needed a spare part as there's a showroom in gajuwaka , I had a conversation with that service person whose number was given by sales department..Not at all proper response, this is not the way you treat your customers! Very disappointed , not responding while it's urgent ...even the ktm branch in city is also not responding or answering the calls.Good speaking and receiving while we purchase the bike after that trying to contact you is like speaking in front of a stone which doesn't reply.. totally disappointed ?
