★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt service. I went to the centre with a requirement to finish the entire service for 11k pair service. They informed me to come next day morning at 8. Although the managerial staff came at 820, the service was promptly completed within 1 hour, which included water wash room good job by Mr Naidu who handled my scooter personally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are rude, esp Monica the receptionist. The given phone numbers are fake, so when you try to call them to know the status of the vehicle, it's futile. Another number given on a printed business card is not answered even right calls were made before closing hours. No technical comes and explains what work was done. After repeatedly asking for a description of the work done, a technician says that we did "everything" and the replaced parts are in the dicky. Overall, a distasteful experience. The local neighborhood mechanic is a better choice, I feel. Better to encourage him rather than to get looted at the service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near Gurudwara Junction,this establishment has got a servicing bay along with the showroom. Purchased the topmost model of scooty from this dealer. Overall had a good experience. Servicing is fast and efficient also. Saraswathi madam was very helpful throughout. Rated four out of five only because the servicing personnel have a tendency of asking for extra money. Otherwise recommended.
