★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I gave my dio for service due to starting issue. They charged for petrol tap problem. After few days of servicing petrol was over flowing. I lost about 3 to 4 liters of petrol. They adjusted that part, not changed to new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technicians responce and vehicle service aspect is good, but there us a very big delay in replacing spares, they keep telling they order spares and the need to wait until they receive the spare, anyone expects genuine and quick spares from showroom, but this doesn't happen here

in fact they are misleading in billing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good showroom with efficient service and staff but no offers for new bikes. Showroom is good with pretty neatness and wide area good staff and safety. No discount . Overall good showroom with fine number of honda vehicles and new models with great features. Honda after division with Hero they had solid models like hornet,shine etc delivering products for customers need with great features and benefits. But no discount but fare or price is high compared to hero corporation

They do not respond to the customer .. I have never seen this kind of concern service .. Not even 1 rating on them is wasted
Worst staff ... because they don't like to sell scooters ... definitely don't recommend them

They mislead you with fake promises.Get everything like spare parts (they will tell you we will get spare parts from our main branch - fake,),insurance( they may told 5 years but it's only for 1 yr), they insist you to pay on cash instead of Accountability. You can go to other showroom as Honda is a good company. But here you will face problems related to customer service.
