★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although location is good, out of 3 buildings 2 are ready and flats are allotted to their owners but amenities are still not ready and available to use. I think only after construction of 3rd building these amenities will be ready maybe by March 2022. Flat rates are quit high as compared to market but material used inside not worth buying at that rate.
Any customisation in flat like kitchen wall, open terrace balcony shed you have to get it done from them only. You have to agree to their unacceptable t&c while taking possession letter from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's is good for now as the property is new. Once it gets full to 100% capacity not sure if they keep up with the amenities. Kids play area, swimming pool and club house are very small it's just for name sake.
