My name is Taher Hatim and I had booked 2BHK in Gagan Ela in 2017 and paid 50% advance and it was written in my agreement that possession will be given to me in December 2020 but the project got delayed due to various reasons, they hold the work of my unit without informing me and do not have a justifiable reason , the CRM keeps on changing and do not bother to provide feedback on the progress of the project.
The Site manager does not know the possession date and we are in mid of 2022. They keep on getting extension from RERA and the project is pathetic and do not recommend to anyone.
They do not value customers and looting the hard earned money of the Buyers. I further request the authorities to do investigation and do justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All these positive reviews are of their own employees so don't trust them. The project foundation was laid in 2016 and the possession timeline was December 2020. Still they are unable to complete 1 building. They just keep on taking extensions from RERA and will not even provide interest to customers still i have done 90 Percent payment. Now they are asking me Remaining Amount . Those who are palning to buy Dont buy .

Mrunal and Shikha madam explained us the project information in detail and also helped us with every doubt as this was our first property.
