★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heared alot good things about ATS before investing in ATS projects hence I trusted and invested but what I found ATS is just carbon copy of others. Bought my flat in March 2020 and got Letter of possession on 30th March 2022. When I submit my online application on HDFC Bank app to remit my remaining loan balance to the developer I got a mail in reverse stating " We have raised the approval for subsequent disbursement as the RERA subscription of the builder has expired" now I am confused that whether they are still cheating with us !!!
