This is one of the most serene society of Greater Noida I have been to . So well maintained!! The apartments are very spacious and have such nice balconies.

Very scenic and we'll maintained housing condominiums and penthouses....

Worst ever society seen. It’s like getting in jail and jailer is the maintenance people. No one listens to you and they will follow what they say. You are no one even if you have your own flat there. When a visitor comes to you they, be it urgent even, they won’t allow their vehicle entry even after you request them badly. They will treat your visitors like cab driver and the security is so rude. I requested them to allow my visitor’s car as I have extra parking, but they denied to let them enter. It’s an insult before your visitor. Really hate this society. Addition 1 : From sales to maintenance, everyone is trained with some basic dialogues. Raise a concern about their flaws and then you will see their behaviour. I really request everybody who is planning to buy flats here, please think multiple times. Do not get mesmerised by the outer looks and beauty. It’s a pain residing here. I wrote the reality on their Instagram page, they deleted all their posts after that to control people from knowing their issues.

Best Society Ever, Security is best because of which our kids can play freely without any fear! Infrastructure is awesome , seems like living in Dubai... Club house and Amenities are eye-catching and great to develop various sporty skills! Maintenance of the society is also great, builder does the maintenance of everything without a say!!!

Society is well built and maintained Pros 1- Secured Society. 24x7 front gate and towers have guards who will verify you before entering. Sometimes it become difficult to even enter after owning the flat but that all part of their sop and ultimately ensures security and safety of residents. 2-All amenities avaialble inside. Keshav Gmart, evergreen sweets, beauty parlour and food joint just in front 3-Builder is reputed 4- Club is one of the best in noida with spa, swimming pool, old age room, kids area, bid gym with all equipment,library, two banquet halls,chess fools ball tt table area, and many other sports like badminton, tennis etc. 5- Landscaping is amazing. Fountains and gardens are the best. 6- Battery operated rickshaw from gate to tower free of cost 7- Ready to move flats 8- Schools, colleges, hospitals, malls are very near in greater noida 9- Expressway connectivity(Yamuna, Noida Gr Noida and FNG in future) 10-Maintenance team is good. 11-Club events are oegnized on festivals and other auspiciousoccasions. 12-One School is available inside for kids. 13-Verified maids and other support manporwers available at reasonable rates. 14-Cabs are easily available 24x7 15. Kid play area available 16. Huge parking space available on ground and underground in form of 2 basements. Cons 1-Distance from noida and delhi is more and it takes 1 hr or more for CP. 2- travelling during night alone may be challenging 3- Metro is not at walkable distance but 7 to 8 mins drive(Knowledge park II) 4- There is no other reputed socity in the Chi V. NIMBUS FLATS NEARBY WERE NOT IN LUXXRY RANGE. 5- No good restaurant in vicinity. Zomato takse atleast 45 mins 5o deliver anything.Atleast you will have togo to alpha or beta. 6-No food joint or cafe available inside the society as of now. 7-Society pool, spa, restaurant, theatre are not operational till date. 8-Many times cab drivers refuse to go there from delhi or noida. 9. Outside road is muddy at times. 10. 2 to 3 underconstruction projects are in the vicinity and many of them are stalled projects which restrict the view from some flats. 11- front road is not well lit during night. 12 Village is very near to the society.
