★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place can be called as 'not that bad'. Maintenance is not good despite its high charges. But the atmosphere here is not much polluted.Noise pollution is not that much. You can also expect some amount of fresh air here. Drinking water is available 24 hours, so not sure, if it's fresh or not.When water tank is empty, this is a rare case, you can expect black water coming through the tap, so may be these tanks are not cleaned regularly. Mostly students live here,including those of nearby universities and colleges and people of Nigeria (as I suppose:)). Security is ok. The elevators don't have CCTV cameras. Vegetables' market is very near to this place.It is a 15 minute distance from pari chowk. Autos are available. You can also easily book a cab from this place.
