★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATS Pious Hideaways CRM team is total Un-professional since i am getting un-due pressure for un-due demand. CRM team is sending reminders e-mails for releasing e-mail with threating of charging for interest. Secondly, they talks over phone in very aggressive tone with un-acceptable comments i.e." Hum Kya paise pedh sey ugaye", "Hum bhi toh labor ko pal rahey hain". It seems that I have not booked flat whereas booked whole township . I have also given the assurance for partial payment in COVID-19 situation against un-due demand but they are enforcing me to obtain loan from bank give money to them. Serious very un-professional attitude and no support for remedies to come out from such critical situation. Presently, we are looking for survival option in COVID-19 global pandemic and builder enforcing us for payment for property which will be received post 3 years and not sure till that time we will survive or not from COVID-19.

Every single person you deal, from bottom to very top, with will give you all false commitments while dealing with them and then simply deny it when it turns out to be false. There is no real escalation channel.. takes months of follow up on mail/phone to get any response on your mails. They may or may not even pick up your phone. Can't believe that it is a part of ATS group. They are just using ATS brand name to sell product and to justify their unethical and unprofessional activities.
Just stay away from them!

I really wish all goes fine because the quality of their services, flats etc have always been great
