★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sector 150 is already a hot destination for investors as well as end users, and if you're thinking about 150 one thing comes in mind first is golf course. The only project which is next to golf course is prateek canary and the pricing and floor plan is awesome must visit once very nice project

I explored maximum projects of sector 150 and found Prateek Canary the best, by all means!
It's AN ULTRA LUXURY LOW DENSITY PROJECT by renowned Prateek Group...adjacent to 24 acres golf course...

If you don’t believe this, please visit the PRATEEK grand city and meet some of the residence..Everyone is protesting for the electricity, water and basic amenities. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters unethical cheap builder. Just see reviews of Prateek Grand city. Builder looting even for 5k-10k rupees in the name of fraud charges.
1. Never paid due delayed penalties.
2. Charging for 20K for meter installation when we already paid them EMIC charges in FDL. Now threatening us to cut electricity in 3-4 days.
3. Now just visit any real flat and see the quality. Even Local builder dont use such type quality in doors, fixtures.
4. List is endless. they even skipped installation of "health faucet" kind of things.
Just one word PATHETIC BUILDER
