★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Authoritarianism" best describes the experience of majority of the residents (especially the ones on rent). The management has all the time in the world to write letters on issues which they think is worth distributing to every house. However, what they fail to understand is that their circulars are NOT worth the paper they're printed on. Reason being, most of what is addressed in those is either downright irrational or apply only to a handful of resident(s). So, why not confront directly? What's the point of demeaning the "offenders" via circulars!? It reflects the authoritarian (big-boss like) practice. You can't ignore it once you've noticed it.
On the flipside, the gated society is peaceful, secure and clean.
