★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice structure and nice maintenance. We have seen societies in Greater Noida are not well maintained even Czar apartments are looking not well maintained but these villas are in nice shape. The whole ambience of villa area is great. The greenery around the villas and clean roads makes it more homely and natural vibe. A nice investment for a middle class family.
Also connectivity with the roads is great. But a bit far from Noida and Delhi. But even then one can reach in time because there is no traffic. As greater Noida is connected to Delhi and Noida through expressways and big roads where you find minimal traffic.
Also Czar is well connected with other amenities like malls, schools, colleges, business hubs, railway, metro, industrial area, etc. All things are about 5-10-15 minutes drive.
