★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad, doing registry of flats is very big problem. Construction is worse. To get them to work, purchasers have to spend their own money. After paying good amount of maintenance amount - nothing is done by builder, no facility - swimming pool is closed, in gym no equipment's or defective ones. All noises of vehicles will disturb your day and night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and nice. Good space for families. Kids playground is very small considering the amount of families living in the blocks. Kailash hospital is just on the other side of the road. Security staff was vigilant during my visits.

positive aspect of this apartment. Will jod down the negatives.
- Nearness to a highway road gives a constant heavy roars from cars, trucks and buses. You cant sleep properly if you are not a deep sleeper, especially in winter season when everything is so quiet.
- I rented a 2 BHK, these apartment never get sunlight in winters as the location is such that sunlight never reaches those 2 BHK. Because of this, in winters you would always feel super chilled.
- Most of the bathrooms have seepage problems. You can literally see the outer paint coming out and falling off on the apartment building. The quality of cement used and reinforcement is of very bad quality. Many occasions I have seen families fighting because the water from floor above you leaks down into lower apartment.
- Nearest market is 1 km away, you will have to take out your vehicle every-time you need some stuff (especially in a hot weather)
I would never recommend buying or renting in this apartment. Its rent/cost is higher than all other apartment nearby, just because of the location near to main road but I say its not worth it
I bet this apartment will be in very bad state because if its built quality.

Market, Metro, Auto stand, Bus stand.
Amazing flats, Well maintained society, people are good & responsible here. Maintains hygiene. Fresh Air & parks to walk. Amazing place for Aged people. Kailash hospital is nearby & Alpha 1 is just 2 steps away from there.
