★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst quality , Number of deviations in the original layout plan and irresponsive organisation whose standing in the eyes of earlier services user is a big zero.
If you are thinking to buy /invest anything here , think again.
This project was conceived in 2011, Construction started in 2016 and lots of government officers who booked houses here are staying in rented houses and some unfortunates have made their final journey to HEAVEN and still waiting overthere ON TOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cgewho project no doubt is on good location but it was too expensive and delayed by cgewho. The and project was to be completed in 2020. We are still waiting for possesion which was huge mistake on the part of cgewho and the builders whom it alloted the project. cgewho has now worked out 7.36 percent rise in project cost, demanding for money under final payment before giving possession. The project cost could rise 1-3 percent but 7.36 percent esclation was unbeliveable because during construction period (2016-2020) the inflation was too low. I want to ask the cgewho how central government employee with grade pay of 4200 or 4600 can afford 2 bhk flat of Rs 45 lakh excluding registry cost.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps among the best upcoming housing societies in NCR. Quality of construction, fittings, fit & finish are all superb. Unlike many of the other housing project which have been left incomplete, this project is nearly complete and handing over proces is underway.
Such government backed initiatives are really a boon for Central government employees who invest their entire life time saving to secure a dwelling unit for themselves.

Delayed project.
Varying completion deadlines.
Haphazard payment schedule.
However, helpful reception at the site with detailed tour and additional suggestions.
Hope it comes up soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Announced in 2011. Taken 1st installment in 2013. Started construction in 2016. All 5 installments are paid by buyers. Still not handed the flats. CGEWHO are planning to call for 6th installment. Buyers are paying interest to banks. Totally fraud in the name of no profit no loss.

When visited during the entry at gate Project manager was blocking entry stating that it is not garden..what is that then when 90 percent construction is over as stated to RERA...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society will be good. expressway, market, malls, metro & hotels are near to the place.
Only drawback is price is quite increased & no. of floors.
They said the project will be finished by March -April 2021
Review update-October 2021, I saw the building needs maintenance. Buildings started getting older now but no one knows when they’ll give possession. 1 star deduction for low maintenance and speed of construction. Still one building is under construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Project is a huge scam. Pending for more than 10 years. No certainty of completion. Construction quality pathetic. 6 Acres of land from phase-1 being illegally diverted to construct villas against their own by-laws for influential people. Amenities being illegally diverted. School & nursing home sold away to big builders. Allottees are being coerced, intimidated to give NOCs. Gross misuse of government’s name.
