★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For all ATS PR buyers - I am a buyer in ATS Le Grandiose. For the least 2 years, there is no construction work in ATS LG. All Buyers in PR, please check if your investment is safe with PR. It's really unfortunate that ATS management has resorted to unethical means of diverting money when they have received more than 90% payment in Le Grandiose. PR buyers, please check and ensure proper safeguards collectively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From more than 1 year there is no progress on Construction . Invested in this project because of brand name of ATS but they have failed all expectations. In 2020 they had excuse of Covid but even now construction activities are stagnant. ATS CRM team is non responsive and they don't even have any revised delivery timeline. Please don't trust ATS brand now , They are Gone in the Wind now.

Already 3 years have passed and we don't know when we will be able to get possession of our flats.
No clarity of delivery of project

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking at the current scenario of ATS group, best advise is to stay away from any ATS project. They are launching a project every two months and have not delivered a single project in past three years. ATS Le grandiose was supposed to be delivered in later part of 2019, it is still undelivered.

Also had a look at ATS pristine which is just 2 mins from ATS Picturesque reprieve just to see how they maintain their properties. I liked it too good job done ATS
