Like many first time property buyers, we did a thorough research and all our researches led us to only one builder 'Gulshan Homz', which has a track record of good quality construction and timely delivery of possession..and the builder has lived up to our expectation and is ready to hand over possession of our dream house...special word for their sales team especially Tushita, who has always been proactive and ready to address our concerns and make us feel at home from day one..

and less than 5 star given by the genuine buyers??
What's going on in NCR is this kind of conspiracy going on in Real state, how the common ppl will survive here.
Shame on me who got transferred to North India and trying to get settled here and buy my dream house.
Even big fishes(top builders) is dirty in real-estate river....so strange......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team is full of liers, CRM team is non-responaive, management not pay heed on customers concerns, deliberated fake promised on time line. Cheap material and services provided in Gulshan Botnia. I am feeling cheated after buying a flat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a flat in July 2016 with a promise of delivery of flat by June 2019 in Phase 1 towers. After getting offer of possession on 23rd July 2021 , remaining payment has been done to the builder.Even after 3 months from the date of final payment, builder is not updating me with pictures of my flat which is not completed by them.Now builder is pressing for payment of Advance Maintenance Charges and Club Usage Charges for 1 year and 2 year respectively.My emails and personal visits have not yielded any fruitful results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a property in gulshan botnia and waiting for possession. Regarding building quality, I can tell after getting possession. Customer care service is simply pathetic. Call them once twice and then your number will be blocked. Mail them and you won’t get reply even for receipt for payment you made. Go there office and you will have to wait for hours for no justifiable reason and at the end you will hear baseless excuses. Despite so many bad reviews, nothing getting changed. No official portal to complaint also. Gulshan builder need to focus on this aspect ASAP or this will affect sale of their properties in future.
