★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious flats with reasonable rate. There is park , basketball courts , badminton ? field for both kids and adults.
Parking area is also enough. A very wide range of towers and the metro station is 10 mins away.
But there is no club in this project and the park is very small compared to the wide area of Logix towers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still runs on DG.In summers, DG fails due to everyone uses AC here. No Govt Electricity support. Sometimes, there's no electricity for entire night. Maintenance team is not capable of handling this society. DG causes too much pollution and it's also affecting resident's health. People have been complaining for past three years but no solution till date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My suggestion, do not take (Whether Purchase or Rental) any flat in logix properties, full property itself a fraud.
No proper Maintenance, No Electricity, even no proper ownership of flat.
Electricity based on DG, In Summer 12 to 15 times power cut every day.
Sometimes electricity gone for anomious period.
Worst property in Noida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't who given this society 4 to 5 star, i think may be they are idiots or uneducated who's don't even know the criteria for review.
1) in terms of quality: only 1 star, because material used in each flat is very low quality.
2) design & planning; only 1 star, because there is no proper planning in terms of facility which can be used by customer in future i.e. there is no proper space for split A/C, electronic boards not as per current standard.
3) No electricity connection, society is using Generator for electricity and during summer there is 4-5 times power cut.
4) Didn't complete project on time ever; almost 3 to 4 year delay in timeline.
All Logix project having same condition.
