★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained society and very nice people around. Lot of greenery and open space in and around. Few amenities are not there as builder ran away but for a decent family, living here is easy and reasonable. Proximity to SEZ and office complexes is added advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an ideal society for somebody working in the offices in Sector 135. Then you surely save couple of thousand on fuel and its walking distance to all big corporate offices. Also, it's a great marketplace where you get all essentials and all kind of food round the clock 24x7. Because of offices lots of cabs are also readily available. Battery operated rickshaw also do the commute to the nearest metro station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful society complex, ideal for office goers due it's proximity to offices. Easily accessible, close to metro via rickshaws that are readily available outside the society.
Guarded gates, with a Society Management App for all residents, ensuring safety.
Has a mall, walking distance apart where all the essentials can be bought, also has good cafeterias. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfinished urban concrete jungle, waiting to be completed. No parks, No Sewage and proper waste disposable mechanism currently it's being disposed in the nearby empty plots, Whole complex running on expensive Diesel Gensets. Every other day there is a hartal/log jam by the maintenance staff due to non payment of dues.
Construction activities going on by snail's pace, it may not be completed in next couple of years.
May God give strength to buyers of this housing society who are fighting court cases for their apartment possession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is under construction for a long time and the services provided to the residents on behalf of maintenance charges are nothing worth. Power backup is there but many times it takes even 30 to 40 minutes for backup to start. Normal time is 15 minutes for power backup. Help desk numbers are always busy seems like you have called an airline and you are on wait. Apart from a small market in ABC in front of it, no market is near and you may need to travel 2 km for buying groceries. The construction quality is very poor and cleaning is also not well. Parks are not maintained in society and monkeys are too much. The price here is much more than the location.
