★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst rent experience in my entire tenancy period in this Gokuldham LIG Apartments. I don't recommend anyone to take rent. Specially Block 23, 91A Owner R.S. Yadav. Seems Very innocent but one must regret if deal with him and while leaving. No security refunded and no expense made to make the home able to stay. Please choose any different location than this. My own experience DONT STAY IN RENT

Cleaning not proper. No pest control. Huge rats ready to bite you always.
