β β β β β Staying here from last 2.5 years, Very sad state of electricity here..Even worst than any village of UP!!! Daily powercuts of 5-6 hours..Huge promises while buying the property but later all proved to be fake!!! Be cautious while buying any property of Gulshan Homes..

Large windows across the living room and both bedrooms, incredible light everywhere. Other facilities to please you include a large outdoor swimming pool with generous sunbathing area, a fully equipped gym, car parking, and a luxurious club reception area fo #Ikebana, Free meeting room to meet guests or business, kids room simply unwind in the cool air conditioning. This has to be one of the most stunning locations in Noida with breathtaking greenery, amazing lights, international #flowers, beautifully manicured landscaped, water #fountains and inviting swimming pool. Amazing place to live. Well maintained society, we can say this is the dream home #society. #GulshanIkebana

Apartments are good but issues are never handled, for example car parking level -2 flooding during rain, lots of power cuts and when on power generators, every unit is charged at whopping Rs. 22/- making it super expensive+at leadt 20 Rs. per day fixed charge which would go as high as 50/- per day depending upon meter size. If you are away, security doesnβt have enough safety space to collect and keep your courier, specifically in case you dont have neighbors to receive your online ordered items.
their club (which remains shut on Tuesdays and which is beyond understanding as at least gym is supposed to be open on all days) runs from 6 to 11 am and then 6 to 9 pm.

β β β β β Amazing society! Several events take place on a very shot intervals which is amazing and the club house is just perfect and feels very luxurious, the staff is also very friendly. Society also have a very good market of its own and you get almost every day yo day item there!
