★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its near to DELTA 1 METRO STATION OF AQUA LINE OR NOIDA METRO . roads are not to good but there are 10 or 15 society houses near by it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been more than 2 plus years I stayed there and seen it getting occupied from 1% to more than 80%. The best feature it being in outskirt which gives clean air environment and the worst is the society maintenance team. Completely unfriendly and non cooperative staff members. Construction is weak and not earth quake resistant beside that there is no community centre within the society. For buyers if you want peace, right place to buy/rent a property but if you are social person, the simply don't think about it and if you bachelor- they don't allow one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small society maintenance is ok but connecting roads are pathetic.. due to construction of depot near by. Hopefully once it will get completed confronts of road should improve.
Otherwise it’s properly ventilated and open society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shivalik Homes is an affordable project situated in Surajpur, Greater Noida. I suggest not to buy or rent this property as it's very difficult to get here. this place is soon going to be a commercial place rather than a residential one.
