★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m a resident of ATS HECIENDAS indirapuram for last two year as a tenant and The kind of satisfaction and trust I m having with ATS specially bwhennitncomesnto quality of life inside the society that is awesome and if you talk about security and hygiene it's best due to their own staff maintaining Thier society therefore I have booked ATS happy trail 1625 for my dream home ...I m quite hopefully for similar experience there as well.if you can afford it go for it...you can request them to help you visit their other project which would give a clear idea about ats

ATS .. it's not a name but belief...
It's not business it's trust..
It's not what other have, it's just what you will have..
Metro , knowldege park V , 130 m wide express way, open to two bridge to Noida via gaur Chowk and via sector 1 Noida extn new bridge on hindon.
Patanjli school , one of it's own kind.
GD Goenka..lot other, ocean of opportunities for your young brigade to have workplace at near approximety...
Away from rush gush of gaur Chowk... away from Crowded residency near gaur Chowk..
It's your dream, at the center of greater Noida West..
Tedious job to search appartment in a city..
Multiple builder, multiple devloper, multiple choices fair or not fair..
What we know is, every search in this hard world with fake identity and promises, starts with ATS and stopp at ATS.
Ats..just go for it .. if you can..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to hang out with friends but as with most of the places in Maharashtra. There is hardly anything to do here. You can only go with friends if u want to enjoy the place. Or if he definition of enjoyment is peaceful time alone, then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unethical and unprofessional behavior. I though of buying flat in this and gave them 21k as token amount and sales team (Tarun) committed that it will be refunded if we change our mind later and you can hold the unit till you decide further. Later I decided not to continue with them as this is pathetic location and development may take upto 10years so no point in investing here. Firstly they said we will refund the amount but it will take same time , from November till now no refund and now shameless people saying that we dont refund the any amount. I mailed even Mr. Getamber Anand, but no single reply have got so far . Please stay away from these looters, they don't stick to their words even it is good brand though does not have any escalation matrix or customer service to support you in need. Very disappointed and bad experience from brand like ATS firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been thinking of buying a flat in this project and gave a token amount of 21000 and then came to know that the authority had shelved plan of the metro which apparently was having a stop near it. We cancelled the booking and wanted our money back but till date we have not been returned our token money. From this one can gauge their level of honesty. Totally unethical and unprofessional behavior. Planning to go to consumer court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATS is synonymous with unfinished projects. They keep launching one project every month with full page ads in leading newspaper but have not completed any projects on ground. One advice to prospective buyers : stay away from ats.
