Le Grandiose Phase 2 even work is not started in more thn 18 months.....ATS is also seems fraud.....plz think 10000 timnes before investing....they use investors money to launch another projects only ..........aage daud piche chod.........no sanctity or answerability to anyone.......shame on management and brand

β β β β β Hi all prospective buyers, please hold your plans, the builder is not delivering as committed. There's is a huge slippage of around 20 months. The construction is on hold for many many months. Please wait for some real construction activities at the site for a period not less than six months, before making a investment.

β β β β β The construction is not happening since ages, buyers are worried and ATS management is not taking any concrete steps, they are just launching new projects keeping old one as it is. Not sure what is their plan but clearly shows lack of empathy towards buyers and poor management at top level.
Live up to the expectations ATS or you will be just other Amrapali :(
