None of the house in any phase are according to vastu. Other than vastu i like the house

I recently visited the project site. I don't know why this property is expensive. I don't find any highlights in this project which can attract such a premium price nearly 7k(All Inclusive). Biggest cons:- 1. Very ordinary layout. Single side opening balconies. Ventilation and light will be limited. 2. Non Mivan construction. Also there is no in house construction so that we can say their brick construction will be so good that it can be at par with Mivan. 3. Ordinary fittings in washrooms. No counter wash basin, no wall hanging seats etc. 4. Location is in the last of the sector 150. 5. Remember it is Tata value homes which is their affordable segment that too coming in premium pricing. 6. Non freely accessible sports amenity which is Tennis court. 7. Far from Metro. No advantage in terms of connectivity. 8. They highlight automatic door lock (Yale brand) to everyone which anybody can get installed by purchasing for 12-15K from Amazon The only USP is Tata's first property in Noida. This is adding hype. Since builder is demanding huge price there is little scope of profit for end consumer if any appreciation happens in future. Can we think about 10k-11k psqft in this sector after 5 years with just average specification.

This is a property which is being built in joint venture with TATA. Tata own 51 percent stake in the development. Please be sure that it’s not a 100 percent TATA product

Recently I visited and request them to show actual flats and telling everyone that my experience is very disappointing, they have huge price but the actual flat size is very poor also construction quality is not up to the mark, and the most disappointing - the size of Kitchen very small size overall. If we see the good project the impressive things are quality of work n the size of kitchen. Very disappointed.

Tata Eureka Park Value homes are under construction in Sector 150 NOIDA, Utter Pradesh. the Sector 150 is going to be a green and environment friendly sector. The Tata Eureka Park flats are going to be smart homes with lots of amazing features. The flats seem to have high loading factor and as such may have smaller carpet area for a big size super area flat.
