★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place near Yamuna River, you can only allow to built single floor.... price was genuine around 40-45L for one plot of 1000sq yard....you can make your own swimming pool as well and peaceful place to live....Roads were temporary and Power supply was on DG only....so take care these point...otherwise connectivity not an issue and beautiful place to be rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in as a buyer, and honestly I am on the fence on this. Most of these fatmland projects from sector 120 -151 Noida, are overtly hedging their value on the future value on the 'so called' premium sector 150.
Honestly, its sketchy to learn that no matter which developer you visit, you'll consistently hear them saying that 98% of their project is already sold. However, all that you can find is just large expanse of land with no development what so ever.
Is it a risky investment? Well certainly it is!
The land pockets on sale are amusingly is the river bank and thus claimed to be transferred in DM's hand and letter. Can this be cross-checked? Well you are a better judge of this yourself.
Is the place livable?
Not as a residence, might be used as a holiday retreat at the most.
Is it a never again investment opportunity?
If you are moving around with your hard earned money, then look for a bankable option than an option on the bank.
