★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully desi. I.e no electricity no. IGL supply no PNG line, no water line no sewer pipe line, I think this area as 1947' village type because this is agriculture land so u can't make a cemented lenter also.

But don't know it's approved or not, although some farm houses are functional here.
Filter & Hunt everything before investing, though good for weekend celebration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 points for location or I should say sec 150 happened to be a blessing. Unsure of the authenticity but otherwise everything looks great. Option to buy farmland only or a 10% of landarea constructed farmhouse.
Would have been great if a proper drainage/sewer / water disposal system was planned. Could get muddy during rains in absence of proper tarmac/cement road. Divided into Noida and Faridabad lands with option of diff sizes and was glad to see most of the farmlands being developed by buyers
