★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good. There is Shiva fast food momos and yadav chaat bhandar stalls outside the main gate of society few steps away towards AWHO roundabout. They sell paani poori, momos veg only and his specialities are spring rolls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little less attractive but sure a comfy place. Not much for youth but as the name suggests it's something that would last longer than newer ones.
Maintenance is something they could focus on more. It doesn't need attractive designs or anything as such but surely requires regular services ?
