★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left Yes bank because they had a system of two customer IDs and the one that was required to login to internet banking is not shared with the customer. The customer gets to know it only when he/she calls the RM. AU has a similar two customer ID system. I got to know the one I require after calling the customer care. The current account mobile app interface is for Batch payments. I am from a bank and batch processing is not a very customer friendly tasks. There is no option to transfer an amount to another account. Pretty poor. I don't who designs their financial products. I don't see them going far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a SCAM and FRAUD Bank . Don't trust this Bank .Totally worst app and Service . after sending any mail for a solution no reply from the senior authority. So please choose another Private Bank for your account Open.Other Private service is better than the worst AU Bank.MD of this bank also a scammer.
