★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very painful experienced for me, My father-in law was an ex-employee under UBI, When I was first visit for getting some information about his family pension, the security guards gave me a acknowledgement slip, never said me to return back it again or not written on that so. Second time when I went again after one month, they refused to allowed inside of this office, I was requested them so many times but, they ignored. It may be publicly noticed before that rule start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even deserve a single star. Totally third class service. The helpline number is useless they never connect the call, will keep you on waiting list for 20minutes then disconnect the call. We took mudra loan from Posta Branch and the manager started deducting processing fee, even took collateral security and started deducting tax for the loan which is illefal. This is against the mudra loan terms and conditions. Very bad service and the branch manager is a very bad person.

this is the address of worst branch of united bank of India. staff are very slow in work, lazy in work etc. passbook machine are not working.
united bank of India convert into PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, I did not receive any pass book, Cheque book, ATM Card. I want to close my account due to bad service of this branch.
