Just loved it ... Ambience. ... Service ... Food .... Drinks .... Excellent ?
I say you need to give it a try for sure ...
Here we order
Cocktail :
Strawberry and black pepper Gin based it was great in taste ... Preferably for girl or lady.
Basil and black pepper lil stronger side great on taste too ... Preferably for your partner.
In starters we had broccoli it was damm good perfectly cooked. The yummiest marinated sauces and a perfect presentation (must try)
Paneer in spicy sauce ... Just loved it with paneer and bell peppers good twist ... Best in taste ?
Mains we had
Paper thin crust veggiee pizza ..... So so so good in taste ?. Must try in for thin crust lovers like me.
Pesto fussili pasta with veggies .... Damm good a must try ...
I have not at all disappointed for any of there food or food service.
Not at all compromise in quality. And quite good quantity for two ?
In dessert we order blue berry cheese cake ... You will love it. If you love cheese cake.
Loved my overall experience ... One of the great choice ... Must go ... For me. Give it a try.

Here we ordered:-
Scarlett rose - 5/5 ( Gin based ) Perfection
Jade Garden - 5/5 ( Mocktail ) Amazing
For Starters we went for
Chermoula Fish - 5/5 ( loved it totally)
Barbecue Prawns - 5/5 ( Tiger Prawns in Barbecue)
Mains we went for :-
Grill lemon fish - 5/5 ( softer than any fish i have ate till now - basa fish )
Chicken Parmigiana - 5/5 ( Brilliant)
And to end the meal we went for
Blueberry cheesecake it was just yummm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auber-gin the name is what got my attention at the first place, and the place turned out to be even better than just a name!
Visited this place yesterday night and it was jam packed.
The ambience amazing, the DJ made us fall in love with his good vibes and amazing song collection.
Moving on to the food, I absolutely loved the chicken hummus platter and my favorite was the butter garlic Prawns.
About the mains, I loved the chicken ptarmigana, specially the stuffing inside it was just too good.
The place specializes in their gin cocktail, and after trying the gin cocktail I can say that it definitely stands to it name 'Auber-gin'.
We finished our meal with the beautiful blueberry cheesecake, one of best cheesecake I have had without the doubt.
Special mention to our server "Milton", one of the most humble, helpful and professional server I have come across.
Soo overall it was fun night for me.
This place is a 100% recommend.

Date night? Look nowhere! Head to Auber-Gin!
The restaurant is finally open for dining and we couldn’t be happier! The place that once housed, SoBo’s best pub Bombay Bronx is now a fancy fine dining restaurant and this change is equally welcoming!
We love the Bar Palladio style interiors of Auber-Gin and it’s really quite plush and swanky! The staff is very happy to finally open doors to walk in customers and the way they welcome you is quite warm! It’s a lovely feeling to be visiting restaurants for a good meal finally!
Moving on to food!
What we had:
For Starters:
Mediterranean Platter: Super fancy hummus three ways, original, beetroot and peri peri with lavash, pita and picked beetroots! This not only looked spectacular but tasted delicious too!
Spicy Black Bean Slider: Came in highly recommended and after trying we knew just why! The charcoal buns look great with the brown crispy black bean patty and that orange-ish drizzle of spicy mayo! One complaint! Why 3 sliders? Please restaurant, if you reading, make them 4 so it makes for a decent divide between two people! LOL!
For Mains:
Black and Brown Mushroom Risotto: Well, we are big suckers for shrooms and truffle oil so it was a no brainer for us to try this dish! This dish totally lived up to our expectations!
Cottage Cheese Ratatouille: This one was house special and came in recommended by the manager there. We were happy going by their suggestion because it was the perfect accompaniment to cut through to the earthy and creamy risotto that we had.
For Dessert: One Word – BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE!
Comes beautifully plated and tastes so good that there ain’t anything better you’d wanna have!
For Drinks:
Peach and Red Wine Gin & Tonic & Strawberry & Black Pepper: The name Auber-Gin is explanatory enough that these guys would have the best of Gin options! So we didn’t have to look too far and got ourselves the house specials Peach and Red Wine Gin & Tonic and Strawberry & Black Pepper. These came in recommended coz the bartender literally came to us asking how we prefer our drinks to be and such special feeling it was!
This was just the date night we needed to escape all the madness of a crazy workweek! We loved visiting Auber-Gin and you guy should try this place out too whenever in Town!

Auber-Gin is a casual dining resto bar located at Breach Candy. The place has a beautiful and vibrant ambience. Their menu includes Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. This place that vouches to go easy on your pockets while offering you delicacies which would keep you craving for more.
Here, the menu you can see in mobile by scanning the barcode. Also, on every table they have kept sanitizers and also staff were wearing masks all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auber-Gin is located at a very well-known place Breach Candy. The interiors are kept simple yet elegant and it’s a cozy place to chill out. I was really inspired by blue coloured decor. The best part about this place is they have unique dishes in their menus such as charcoal spaghetti and tacos, beetroot mac and cheese.
We had
Charcoal Tacos
Tacos is one of the common appetiser and everyone had tried this but these are charcoal tacos. This is the unique version of regular tacos.
Panko Broccolli
Are you looking for healthy side dish? This crispy panko broccoli is a good choice to have. This starter loaded with a cheesy topping is sure to take your side dish menu to another level.
Bell Peppers Pizza
I loved this pizza a lot because it was thin crust and the other reason is it was loaded with bell peppers, capers , and arugula which provides many benefits.
Beet Root Mac and Cheese
Don’t you just love Mac n Cheese? This dish comes with a twist. I mean, look at that bright pink colour Mac n cheese.
Orange Pancake
This refreshing orange pancake is great as a wholesome breakfast. It is probably the best pancake I’ve ever had.
Overall, I had a great experience at this place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breach Candy is a place with a lot of amazing restaurants, Aubergin is one such place that's located just beside the beach. This is one of those kind of places where you simply have to visit at least once.
It's beautiful teal coloured decor is nothing short of elegant. It has this European feel to it with its teal coloured decor and floral printed chairs. It gives off lively and modern vibes, were definitely in awe of the beautiful sight.
The bar also looks equally beautiful with it's metallic finish and black stone counter top, and as you may have guessed they specialise in gin. The place is just too beautiful.
The service here was amazing as well, everything that we ordered was beautifully presented to us within a very short time. So here's what we had-
CUCUMBER, APPLE & MINT SWIZZLE
WE started off with this gin drink. Served in the glass was this drink that had a summer feel to it with fresh cucumber, apple, and mint with hints of lemon. It was a light drink but super refreshing.
STRAWBERRY AND BLACK PEPPER
This was also a gin based cocktail that was a mix of strawberry and had black pepper at the bottom. It was presented in a beautiful glass topped with ice and flower petals. Definetly looked as amazing as it tasted.
MEDITERRANEAN PLATTER
This was a perfect hummus platter. Beautifully presented, this had 3 types of hummus viz classic, beetroot, and peri peri. Served with falafel, pita bread, and pickled beetroot. The hummus was made to perfection and we just loved it!
BLUE CHEESE BALLS WITH SPICY MAPLE SYRUP
This was our second starter, fried corn balls with a crispy outer coating stuffed with blue cheese and corn served with a spicy maple syrup. The spicy maple syrup was something that we had for the first time and it was surprisingly amazing. The corn balls went just perfect with it!
BBQ PRAWNS
So this was tempura coated prawns with a smokey BBQ sauce. This was my first time having prawns and it was super delicious!
COTTAGE CHEESE RATATOUILLE
Pesto marinated grilled cottage cheese stuffed with ratatouille. The ratatouille was super delicious with perfect amount of veggies and along with pesto grilled cottage cheese this dish was super delicious and super filling as well. Loved it!
BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE
So the places in Mumbai where you get such amazing cheesecake is very limited but aubergin is definitely ome of those places. This cheesecake was just so perfectly made, it was a pure delight to the taste buds. What a perfect way to end the dinner!

Truly another level of experience visiting this place.
We had so much fun last night with some of the best delicious foods and some classy drinks...
Fresh food with so good presentation was something that is highly preferable here.
Yeah it was a good budget restaurant....but it has a huge bar counter with an amazing ambiance and enough place for sitting area.
Dine in the best with that you can god for take away or delivery...they have everything available in this restaurant.
The best thing was their contactless menu...should be followed everywhere.
The food we had were
1)Blue Cheese balls with maple sauce
It was a delicious cheese balls with cheese stuffed and was very tasty...i had this after a long time.. Surly this dish is a must try one for everyone..Sauce with cheese balls is a very good combination.
2)BBQ Tiger Prawns
This was the best thing happened in appetizers..Tiger prawns with Bbq sauce was another good combination and a unique dish...taste was on top quality..it was very soft from inside and crunchy from outside.
3)Spicy Chicken Pizza
A huge pizza with thin layer and a huge toppings of chicken piece was just a perfect main course for us last night...they were perfectly presented..Taste was very goof s pizza was of thin layer so it gave a crunchyness to the pizza from the bottom.
4)Chicken Parmigiana
Highly recommended
One of the very best and finest chef's special dish is chicken parmigiana...a must try main course for everyone who love non veg.
A dish that took all the attraction.. Presentation of this was very good with some baby potatoes and red sauce...this was a highly recommended dish.
5) Blueberry CheeseCake
when it comes to dessert... Everyone expect something good and the best...and this place was the best dessert place..presentation was so good with good taste..
Cheese was very well placed at the bottom layer with top on blueberry cake.
Everything was freshly prepared and served to us.. Timely service was the best thing here.
K.D was the person who took care everything we need from food till drinks he served it very well and helped us a lot.
Auber gin was a perfect place for a group party ,solo,with friends or couples everyone can enjoy here with some of the best foods and drinks.
