After much consideration we decided to add a review about this company as we feel it's not right how they treat customers and think they can 'get away' with it by just ignoring issues and delivering the wrong products. We are a growing fashion brand based in Europe. I contacted this company on May '21 as I was looking for a producer outside Europe. I decided to go with a small badge as I didn't know them and started with some satin tops. It took 4 months to create the sample and production pieces. The lead times took longer and not as they claim, and you have to really go after them. They won't update you if things take longer. The sample looked fine to me, there were some pilling issues but we talked about this and they said it would be alright. I explicitly told them that the fabric quality is important to us as we sell quality products. After receiving production pieces we were shocked as the tops all had this wrinkled texture. Satin is supposed to be smooth but these were wrinkled and of bad quality. It wasn't the same as the sample and swatch they sent me. Those were smooth. Pls see the images. I have asked them about this. But all you get is 'I'll get back to you tomorrow' and then they just don't get back to me. They seem to always respond that way or ignore issues. Every business makes mistakes but the fact that they ignore the matter and don't respond is So wrong. This shows that they just wanted to make a quick buck and aren't into long term partnership. After doing some research with Indian manufacturers we now know it's usually not a good idea to dye small badges of fabric but look for ready made fabrics. It seems that the factory wasn't aware of this. It's also recommended to check the pieces yourself at the factory before shipment or send a third party to check them properly. It looks like the 5 star ratings and vague comments on google come from their own workers. I have wasted time and money. But I hope this helps anyone in making the right decision without losing their precious time. I have tried to give an honest review and I have proof of that. UPDATE The above review was placed last week. Ever since I wrote this review they have reached out several times immediately (which was never the case before) with the request to remove the review and offered a solution. I have been kind enough to remove the review as I felt bad for the company. We thought about this solution and decided after wasting so much time to redo the production but wanted to talk to them before proceeding. However again they don't keep their word, and don't call back when they say so and just let you wait and wait. It just doesn't seem to work and I'm afraid it will take another 4 months to redo the style, if they will redo, that's only the question. I decided to add this review again because I don't believe they will take action otherwise.

Kudos to all the members at Team Auctus for working with us patiently and delivering just what we wanted ? While we had to shut shop due to Covid, Team Auctus has always guided and supported us through our relaunch phase. We wish them all the best and will be back soon. ??
