★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional behaviour... the lady at the reception has no sense how to talk or how to manage.. they have nothing in the name of cleanliness or hygiene... you go for ultrasound and they keep the door opened while you are inside, letting others to watch as if any movie is being played inside... and cherry on the cake is the staff they have, specially the one at the front desk who doesn’t even know how to speak or manage the numbers, she’ll let you go inside first if you can argue or can speak english but if you are an ordinary person who thinks he’ll get his turn as per the schedule “, she might keep u waiting for long...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff. It was my mistake to take my mom there and keep waiting to get the test. When I entered I asked for the valid bill and lady said I can have it but when the report came she was just ignoring me for the bill. And they have the bill in writing and I had asked for printed bill along with GST number. Lady gave the bill to the main doc who was attending the patients for generating the correct bill. Is it money so important no one wants to give bill. TySeriously, this is not the place where u would want to go. The lady on reception has no sense of of speaking or manner how to treat patients. In this facility they keep the front door open so that anyone can watch from the outside. There is a lot of humidity here in all over room. They have the AC on front which don’t work..I asked the receptionist does this AC woks, she said yes, when I asked to turn on the AC she said it stopped working few minutes ago. Everyone inside there was sweating like hell. Seriously, if they are earning fine they need to maintain all this for patients good. Also, even the printer that they’ve had the temporary wire what if that wire give a shock to the receptionist. I don’t have to say anything for now but maintaining the good hygiene is ur utmost priority. Anyway, thanks though after sweating half an hours, finally my mom’s number came. AND PLZ GET THE AC FIXED ASAP.
